Buyer's Responsibilities

Puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup/delivery. Seller must be informed immediately of the examination’s results by email and phone call. The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.
Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.
Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations, deworming, and any other recommendations from the vet.
Puppy must be paid in full at the agreed time/date unless otherwise agreed upon.

Health Guarantee

This puppy/dog is guaranteed until one year of age against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia which hampers a dog’s movement and natural gain and requires surgery to correct kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this one year time frame the buyer will have to pay to have a necropsy to ascertain the reason. If reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy.
The guarantee does NOT cover what in the bulldog breed is considered normal: Cherry eye, entropion, “loose” hips, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, uneven bites, and stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils) to name a few (there are others).
All items covered under this guarantee are replacement only. We do not give refunds.
Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses occurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the vet and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.
As of date of pickup/delivery, the puppy has received age-appropriate vaccinations, as well as a wellness exam by a veterinarian.

*This guarantee does not include matters of size, weight, structure, coat quality, temperament, coccidia, giardia, kennel cough (common in puppies that are shipped & usually caused by a bacteria), parvo, demodex mange, ear mites, fleas, ticks, inguinal or umbilical hernias, or hypoglycemia. We have other young dogs, and other puppies and are very careful and cautious with them. We recommend not taking your new puppy to new places until they are fully vaccinated and reach at least 16-20 weeks of age.

A puppy showing any serious genetic of congenital defect will be replaced as follows:

*Animal must show the defect by one year of age. Seller must be notified of the problem within 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian’s determination and have two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and the Seller will review provided reports and determine if replacement is warranted. During this time the buyer is financially responsible for all veterinary expenses.

*No refund, in part or in full, will be given.

A returned puppy must be returned to the Seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the Buyer’s expense. The owner may then qualify for a replacement puppy.

Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a replacement.

This guarantee applies to the original puppy only and is nontransferable to a second party.

No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without the Seller’s permission.

Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parent of the original puppy.

There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune factors that are not covered by this guarantee.

Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.

This is no guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials.

Stud Service Option

We would like to offer a future discounted breeding to any of the French Bulldogs Studs if that may interest you. Return breeders will get a $500 discount off future breedings (2nd breeding on). Stud Fee’s subject to change.

Cash (Lilac Merle Stud): At/a, B/b, co/co, d/d, E/e, n/EM, n/KB, N/S, L/L.

Thor (Black & Tan): At/a, B/b, Co/co, E/e, L/l. Carries testable chocolate, coco, dilute, & fluffy.

This Contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.

This Contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.

Buyer understands that if he/she is no longer able to care for or no longer wants the puppy/dog, the seller will take the puppy/dog back. At that time there may not be compensation. This puppy/dog is not being sold for resale and cannot be resold without written permission from the seller. Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully and that this contract is under jurisdiction of the State of Oklahoma, in county of Rogers. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Rogers County, Oklahoma.
